
How to cancel your upcoming payment
As a member, you're able to self-cancel your subscription. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on your Avatar from the top right of the screen (this may be an image of you or just your initials).
- Select Settings from the dropdown.
- Click Billing Info in the top right of the page.
From there, you can scroll down to the "Active Subscriptions" section, click …
and cancel your membership.
After you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to the offer you cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle.
How to update your credit card
To update your payment information, you will need to first log into your account.
- After logging in, click on your Avatar from the top right of the screen (this may be an image of you or just your initials).
- Then, select Settings from the dropdown.
- Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
- Click

next to your card information. - Select Replace.
- Complete the replace card prompt.
- Then, click Update to apply and keep your changes:
